Fire on Pasar Turi
Nine o'clock in the morning, i got a phone that inform me about fire on pasar turi. Hell yeah, I pick my camera and right away going to da place. Near the location, I got some traffic jam, but I didn't see any smoke in the air that showed there's fire nearby. That was 9.25 a.m. I parked my motorcycle then I went through the market. When I'm in, damn, smokes is everywhere. People are around, trying to save what's left from their counter. They scream, speak loud, phone someone, everybody's seems got their business. Security and fireman trying to tell them to take care their life not their materials, and away from fire. But human are greedy, they dont think their safety, their life is in their money. I thought the fire is gonna down in a few hours, but in fact it continues in hours and hours. Time is ticking, I went and back in the afternoon and the night. The fire is getting bigger, some rumor says it's not an accident, someone has made up the fire with an hidden intention. Another politician who is in campaign then came to the location, shows some empathy, give some statements to media about possibilities that might be happen. In the middle of the night, police sterilize the location from civil society. People are angry, they insist to get in and get the reason they still want to save what's left in there. Some people in hight tension break some bottle, shout loud, to show their dissapointment. Chaos over prejudice. Isn't it ironic that we still think about price when the death is in six inch from our face.
